Maintenance of concrete mixer:

1. Maintain the cleanliness of the body and remove the dirt and obstacles on the body.

2. Check the oil, circuit and control equipment of each lubricating place, and add lubricating oil as required.

3. Check each system frequently, and deal with the phenomenon such as ash leakage, air leakage, oil leakage and electricity leakage in time.

4. Before each shift, add water to the mixing drum for 1--2 minutes, and check the reliability of the clutch and braking device at the same time.

5. During the operation of the concrete mixer, you should always check whether the noise of the motor, reducer and transmission gear is normal and whether the temperature rise is too high.

6. The mixer and the hopper should be cleaned every four hours to avoid the consolidation of the residual concrete and hinder the normal operation.
