Routine maintenance of concrete mixer pump
Trailer concrete pump is a kind of concrete machinery. It is used for transportation and pouring in concrete construction. It can mix dry hard and fluid concrete, light aggregate and mortar. It is widely used in building construction, bridges, tunnels, etc.
Trailer concrete pumps have the advantages of high efficiency, simple structure, simple operation, strong reliability, and easy maintenance, making them widely used in the construction field. So how should it be maintained in daily use?
1. Make sure the body of the concrete mixing pump is clean and remove dirt and other impurities in the body.
2. Before every operation, check the oil, circuits and control equipment of each lubrication point, and add lubricating oil as needed.
3. The mixing pump must adopt secondary leakage protection. Connect the power supply before operation, and then check it carefully. Only after the test operation is confirmed to be qualified, can it operate normally.
4. Before working every day, check whether the transmission clutch and brake are sensitive and reliable, whether the wire rope is damaged, whether the track pulley is normal, whether there are any obstacles around and the lubrication of various parts, etc.
5. Before daily operation, add water to the mixing drum and let it idle for 1 to 2 seconds, and check the operation status of the clutch and braking equipment at the same time.
6. During the operation of the mixing pump, you should always pay attention to whether the noise of the motor, reducer, and transmission gear is normal and whether the temperature is too high.
7. Every time after starting the mixing pump, you must first check whether the operation of each component is normal. When shutting down, be sure to check whether the mixer blades are bent and whether the screws are knocked off or loose.
8. After each operation, the concrete mixing pump must be cleaned.
Under normal circumstances, the mixer pump must be maintained after working for a period of time. In addition to the usual maintenance items, further maintenance is required to check and adjust the brake clearance. For example, if the inner and outer brake belts of the clutch are severely worn, they need to be replaced. The gaps between the mixing blades, scrapers and linings should be adjusted. The sealing and sensitivity of the upper hopper and discharge door should be adjusted. The degree of wear of the clutch and the algorithm of the water distribution system should be normal. For chain-driven mixer pumps, the elongation of the chain pitch should also be checked.
