Principle of Automatic Weighing

1. Weight Sensing by the Sensor

Pressure or tension sensors (e.g., strain gauge sensors) are installed on the hopper, bucket, mixer support, or hydraulic system.
When sand, gravel, cement, or water enters the hopper, the weight generates corresponding pressure or deformation.
The sensor converts the mechanical stress into an electrical signal.

2. Signal Acquisition and Amplification

The electrical signal from the sensor is very weak and needs to be amplified by an amplifier.
The data acquisition module converts the analog signal into a digital signal and sends it to the control system.

3. Calculation and Calibration

The control system converts the electrical signal into weight values based on the sensor’s characteristic curve.
The system supports zero calibration and coefficient setting to ensure weighing accuracy.

4. Real-Time Display and Alerts

The weight data is displayed on the in-cabin electronic screen.
If the weight exceeds the preset limit, the system issues an alert to prevent overloading or incorrect mix ratios.

5. Data Storage and Management

Some models are equipped with intelligent management modules that can record each weighing operation.
Data can also be uploaded to the cloud via 4G or IoT networks for remote project management and monitoring.
