2. The stirring layer platform adopts a steel frame structure, double variable cross-section I-shaped main beam, which is heavier, and its rigidity and shock absorption are better than ordinary structures. The stirring layer and the discharge layer form a rigid body and are integrated with the foundation. , effectively weaken the vibration from the mixing main engine; the support adopts rectangular outriggers, which not only has a simple structure, but also has a spacious space.

3. There are two powder weighing hoppers (cement, fly ash), one water weighing hopper, two liquid admixture weighing hoppers and one aggregate pre-storage hopper in the ingredient weighing layer. Weighing all adopts high-precision sensors, which are easy to install, easy to adjust, and reliable to use. The outlet of the powder weighing hopper adopts an automatically controlled pneumatic butterfly valve, and the inlet and outlet are all softly connected and fully closed. The admixture weighing hopper is set above the water metering hopper, and a stainless steel ball valve is used to discharge the material at the outlet.
