1. Main engine chassis: a cantilever-shaped mixing main engine chassis, which contains trailer pins and parking legs for trailer trucks; mixers, cement and water admixture scales are placed on the chassis; patrol inspection platforms, railings, etc. are attached around the chassis .

2. Control room: The control room is at the bottom of the main engine chassis, and it is equipped with a fully automatic control system for the mixing plant. The control system is the same as that of the fixed mixing plant. The control room is used as the front support point of the whole station in the working state, and the control room is put away when it is transferred to another site. It is stored in the inner space of the bracket; all its control lines do not need to be disassembled.

3. Aggregate batching measurement: This system is located at the back end of the whole station. The upper part is the aggregate (sand, stone) storage hopper. The storage hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 compartments, and a heightening board is provided to increase the storage capacity. Pneumatic door opening operation in sequence, aggregate measurement is a cumulative measurement method of various materials. The bottom is equipped with a rear bridge for walking and frame outriggers for working.

4. Belt conveyor frame: the frame is a truss structure connecting the chassis of the main engine and the aggregate batching frame, and a belt frame is installed inside; the main frame, the belt frame, and the batching frame are integrated to form the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant

5. Peripheral components: cement silos and screw conveyors. The peripheral components are integral parts no matter they are working or transported, and they can be transported and disassembled as a whole without disassembly.

6. Mixing host: JS type forced mixer (JS500, JS750, JS1000, JS1500, etc.) is generally used, which can quickly and evenly mix fluidity and dry hard concrete.
