6. Thoroughly clean the concrete storage tank of the mixer truck and around the inlet and outlet at the end of each day to ensure that there is no cement or concrete agglomeration.

In order to ensure that the mixer truck can operate normally and the mixing tank can operate normally, the hydraulic oil level of the oil circuit radiator and reducer must be checked before each vehicle is started to ensure that the oil level indication is within the viewing window. At the same time, ensure its cleanliness to prevent dust particles and moisture from contaminating the system hydraulic oil, causing the system to not work properly or be damaged.

2. Water supply system: The amount of water added in the pneumatic water supply system is generally three-quarters of the water tank; all valves in the water system should be closed when the vehicle is driving, so as not to affect the vehicle's braking performance or sinter the friction plates. Thereby affecting the braking performance of the vehicle. It is forbidden to weld or modify the water tank at will, and avoid heavy objects hitting it; check the valve body frequently to see if it is blocked or working abnormally; when used in an environment with possible freezing, the water supply system must drain the water to prevent the pipeline from freezing and cracking; frequently Check the tightness of the system.
