Small concrete pump

Working principle:

The pumping system of the small concrete pump is mainly composed of a hopper, a mixing mechanism, a concrete distribution valve, a concrete delivery cylinder, a washing chamber and a main oil cylinder. The pumping system is driven by an electric motor or a diesel engine. When the hydraulic system pressure oil enters a main oil cylinder, the piston rod extends, and the pressure oil of the sealing circuit connecting pipe retracts the other piston rod. This process ensures the stable operation of the pumping system. When the concrete delivery piston connected to the piston rod of the main oil cylinder retracts, a self-priming effect is generated in the delivery cylinder, the concrete in the hopper is sucked into the delivery cylinder, and then the concrete piston is pushed out of the delivery cylinder through another main oil cylinder to complete the delivery of concrete.
