How to maintain concrete mixing plant equipment？

1. Maintenance of concrete mixer

(1). Cleaning. After the mixer works for a cycle, the mixture residue should be removed, and the stirring shaft, stirring arm, and stirring knife should be cleaned. When performing manual cleaning, it is forbidden to use a hammer to remove the mixture residue, because the violent impact will break the stirring knife.

(2). Lubrication. When the reducer is put into use for 50 hours for the first time, the lubricating oil needs to be replaced. After that, the reducer lubricating oil should be replaced every 1000 hours or at least half a year. The oil pump needs to check whether the lubricating grease really reaches the shaft head every day.

2. Maintenance of concrete batching machine

(1). Clean up debris. Check the equipment every day during the patrol inspection, and clean up the sundries found on the screen in time.

(2). The clearance of the feed door. When the gap is found to be large during the patrol inspection, it should be adjusted in time. After adjusting to the limit position, if adjustment is required, the gap can be adjusted by welding repair method.

3. Conveyor maintenance

Check whether the belt is running in the center every day, and adjust it in time if you find that the deviation is found, to avoid damage to the belt; check the use effect of the belt cleaner, adjust or replace the cleaner in time; Clean it up in time; if there is any damage on the belt surface, if there is any sign of damage, it should be repaired in time to prevent the damage from spreading.

4. Maintenance of cement silo

Once ash emerges from the pressure safety valve on the top of the warehouse, the safety valve and the surrounding powder should be cleaned in time to prevent the powder from agglomerating in rainwater and making the safety valve invalid. Carry out a comprehensive cleaning and inspection of the safety valve every six months.
