Working principle of PLD series concrete batching machine:

Feeding: Various raw materials are fed into each storage hopper of the batching machine by a loader or manually.

Input formula: According to production requirements, enter the formula ratio of various raw materials in the batching controller.

Automatic batching: After pressing the batching button, the batching machine starts to automatically batch according to the preset formula. First, the belt conveyor under a storage hopper starts working and transports the material to the weighing hopper. When the weight of the material in the weighing hopper reaches the set value, the belt conveyor stops automatically, and then the next belt conveyor starts working, and so on, until all the materials are ready.

Discharging: After all the materials are ready, the machine is in a waiting state for discharging. At this time, press the discharging button, and the discharging belt conveyor starts working to unload the prepared concrete dry material into the mixer hopper. After the discharging is completed, the discharging belt conveyor stops automatically and automatically starts the next batching cycle.
