Solve the noise problem of concrete mixing station

During the use of concrete batching plant, how to solve the noise problem, first understand how the noise is generated.

1. The falling of materials in the mixing barrel will produce noise, and the collision of gravel will also affect the noise level;

2. The gear installation error is large, and the increase of meshing clearance can eliminate the error;

3. Large meshing clearance, small overlap coefficient and unbalanced mixer load will cause the gear transmission noise to increase;

4. The noise of internal combustion engine is higher than that of electric motor. Due to the condition of electrical equipment itself, the noise of internal combustion engine is particularly obvious.

How to solve the noise problem, the methods are as follows:

1. The entire sand and gravel yard is fully enclosed with sandwich sound insulation boards to absorb the noise inside;

2. For independent concrete houses for air supply devices such as air pumps and gas tanks, it is recommended to choose hollow bricks + concrete, and hydraulic cylinders are used for unloading cylinders;

3. The batching machine and belt conveyor are fully enclosed, and dust removal and noise reduction devices are installed at the transfer point;

4. The mixing host is enclosed with sound insulation boards;

5. The host brand is selected with high manufacturing precision and the gap between the tank lining and the mixing blades The mixer of a big brand can reach less than 0.5mm, avoid the stone being stuck and making screaming noise when the gap is too large, and use a special boring machine to improve the parallelism of the two mixing shafts to improve the stability of the transmission system and reduce noise;

6. Modify the discharge hopper, use chute type discharge or add tough wear-resistant plates in the discharge port;
