1.Aggregate batching system

Aggregate measurement adopts cumulative measurement, which is accurate and reliable. Equipped with high-precision sensors and automatic compensation for drop, it ensures the accuracy of aggregate measurement.

2.Unlike the fixed mixing plant models, the mobile concrete mixing plant uses belt conveyor for feeding, so the selection of mixing machine models does not include hoppers (each manufacturer has different names for this type). Therefore, the production efficiency of the mobile mixing plant is actually higher than that of the same model mixing plant, with a discharge height of 3.8 to 4.1 meters.

3.Control system

The whole mixing plant adopts industrial control computer for microcomputer control system. It is easy and convenient to operate. The interface simulates and displays the entire dynamic process of the mixing plant, which is very intuitive. It can store various proportions and working data of the mixing plant, and print various types of reports as required. The temperature-controlled containerized control room adopts soundproof and heat-insulated color sandwich panel, spacious and bright, aesthetically pleasing, while ensuring the working environment temperature of electrical components, greatly improving the comfort of operators.

4.Weighing system

The transportation of cement powder, water, and admixtures, as well as the weighing process, is the same as the equipment involved in ordinary mixing plants. The powder is stored in the cement silo and transported to the weighing hopper by a spiral conveyor. Water is pumped from the water tank, and admixtures are pumped from the additive tank to the weighing hopper above the mixing plant. After all the raw materials are weighed, they can be mixed in the mixer.
