40 m³/h Mobile Concrete Trailer Pump
HAOMEI Machinery has launched a 40 cubic meters per hour trailer concrete pump, which has gained wide recognition in medium-sized construction projects, infrastructure development, and concrete pouring applications. With moderate output capacity and outstanding cost-performance, this model strikes a balance between efficiency and affordability.
A concrete pump is a machine that uses mechanical pressure to convey concrete from the mixer to the construction site. Its main advantages lie in fast, efficient, and continuous concrete delivery. A trailer concrete pump, as the name implies, is a movable pumping device mounted on a chassis that can be transported via tires or tracks, making it ideal for various construction environments.

Working Principle of the Mobile Concrete Pump
The core of the mobile concrete pump is its hydraulic pumping system, which consists of the pump body, hydraulic system, hopper, conveying pipeline, and power unit.
1. Concrete Feeding
Concrete enters the hopper from the mixer. A built-in vibration device prevents blockage and ensures smooth material flow.
2. Hydraulic Pumping
The hydraulic system drives the piston pump to pressurize the concrete and push it through the conveying line. The twin-piston design ensures steady and continuous delivery while minimizing segregation and air bubbles.
3. Pipeline Conveying
The concrete travels through high-strength steel pipes or flexible rubber hoses, with delivery distance adjustable according to site layout.
4. Final Placement
Concrete is discharged at the pipe outlet, and workers can control the pouring position precisely to achieve accurate placement.
Compared with traditional manual concrete transport, a concrete pump dramatically improves construction efficiency, reduces labor intensity, and shortens project timelines.
Why Choose a Trailer Concrete Pump?
1. High Construction Efficiency
With a pumping capacity of 40 m³/h, it meets the continuous pumping requirements of medium-sized projects, significantly improving productivity.
2. Strong Mobility
The mobile design allows quick relocation across different job site zones without the need for fixed pipelines, suitable for various terrains and conditions.
3. Easy Operation
Equipped with an intelligent control system and hydraulic operation interface, pumping parameters can be adjusted easily, reducing operator workload.
4. Wide Range of Applications
Applicable to residential buildings, commercial complexes, roads, bridges, tunnels, basements, and hydraulic projects.
5. Lower Construction Costs
By replacing manual concrete handling, it minimizes labor costs, saves time, and shortens construction periods.
